The predicted salary is between 24000 - 27000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Leeds team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our member and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers. Training will be given for all our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first-class customer service experience. Your time will be spent on site at our Leeds site.
Our vision is to run gymnastics clubs around the country that ‘Change the Game’, delivering unique and more engaging activities balanced against requirements of the gymnastics programs. We are striving to look at things in a different way and increase participation in gymnastics at all levels. From pre-school to adults, the experience in the gym is based around putting a smile on everyone’s faces. The recreational program will increase in order to fill spaces on waiting lists and get as many people as possible involved in this incredible sport. We believe we can make the local gymnastics club a centre for a family’s recreational time during any week.
We are looking for a confident welcoming individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and customer service skills. Self-driven, you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for the customer service and some customer administration including taking payments for Leeds. You will have experience of direct customer communication and complaints handling.
