We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment where people can do their best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Nikwax is a leading manufacturer of care products and material systems for outdoor clothing, footwear, and equipment. Working closely with our trusted Partners, we develop and manufacture our products in-house, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to be the only outdoor company to have received the Queen's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, and in 2026 we have been honoured with a King's Award for the same. Since our founding in 1977, we have remained committed to minimising our environmental impact and have maintained carbon-balanced operations throughout our history.

Pramo creates durable, high-performance clothing for people who enjoy spending time outdoors, helping them stay comfortable in all weather conditions and environments. Beyond designing quality products, we are deeply committed to ethical manufacturing and social responsibility. In 2022, we integrated the management of our Miquelina Foundation factory in Bogot, Colombia into our central operations. Our garments are manufactured there by a highly skilled team, with every product carrying the Fair Trade label. Through this partnership, we have helped provide meaningful employment opportunities for individuals seeking to build more secure and independent futures, creating a positive impact that extends far beyond our products.
