Nikwax is a leading manufacturer of care products and material systems for outdoor clothing, footwear, and equipment. Our dedicated Partners develop and manufacture our range of products in-house. Páramo Directional Clothing designs durable garments for outdoor people who want to stay comfortable in all weathers and environments.
The Role:
- Improve awareness and engagement with the Páramo and Nikwax brands amongst potential consumers by driving the delivery and reporting of impactful website and digital advertising appearance and functionality, to meet overall marketing objectives.
You Will:
- Collaborate with developers and use CMS tools to update website content, such as product and product offer uploads, blog content and website imagery; to enhance user experience.
- Work with a digital marketing agency and use internal analytics tools to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and the brands' websites.
- Ensure brand and product information, both written and visual, is representative and maintained on all website platforms, ensuring content based SEO is analysed with an agency and subsequently optimised.
- Collaborate with the brands' Heads of Marketing to manage the budgets for digital advertising for our agency each month, to allocate resources effectively.
- Upload to, and monitor social media channels to assist and answer questions on behalf of Páramo and Nikwax as required; working closely with Sales and Customer Experience Teams.
- Offer support to the Head of Páramo Marketing Communications and Head of Nikwax Marketing by managing the marketing helpdesk when required and handling various internal administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow Páramo and Nikwax brand guidelines to ensure the creation of some digital assets for advertising channels.
- Provide comprehensive reports during weekly and monthly Páramo and Nikwax meetings, analysing marketing performance statistics, supported by the Team Assistant.
- Contribute to driving the company's content marketing strategy across multiple channels in tandem with the marketing team.
- Assist and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
You Will Be:
- Capable of engaging with audiences effectively across various digital channels and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing communication campaigns.
- Able to understand the approaches for creative and comms planning and be proficient with Wordpress based management systems.
- Experienced in working with Creative/Production Teams to produce visual assets and able to deliver projects with tight deadlines.
- Educated with a BA/MA degree in Marketing, Business or related field. At least 1-2 years’ professional experience in a Marketing Department preferred.
This is a fixed term role for a period of 15 months to cover maternity leave. The successful applicant will be based at home but will be required to attend our offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex, at least once a week.
