The Role
Increase awareness and engagement for the Pramo and Nikwax brands among target audiences by delivering and optimising impactful website experiences and digital advertising, supported by effective performance reporting to achieve broader marketing objectives.
This Role Involves
- Collaborating with developers and using CMS tools to maintain and update website content, including product listings, promotional offers, blog content and imagery, to enhance the user experience.
- Working with our digital marketing agency and internal analytics tools to monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns and brand websites.
- Ensuring brand and product information remains accurate, consistent and engaging across all website platforms, while supporting SEO optimisation in partnership with our digital agency.
- Supporting the management of monthly digital advertising budgets, working closely with the Heads of Marketing and agency partners to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Managing and monitoring social media channels, responding to customer enquiries and supporting audience engagement in collaboration with Sales and Customer Experience teams.
- Providing support to the Head of Pramo Marketing Communications and Head of Nikwax Marketing by managing marketing helpdesk requests and assisting with a range of administrative tasks as required.
- Creating and adapting digital assets in line with brand guidelines for use across advertising and marketing channels.
- Producing weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing marketing activity and presenting key insights during team and brand meetings.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of the company's content marketing strategy across multiple digital channels.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and other key partners.
You Will Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of audiences across multiple digital channels and a strong eye for detail.
- Proven ability to develop, deliver and manage digital marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, targeted and results-driven.
- Good understanding of creative and communications planning, with experience using WordPress-based content management systems.
- Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to develop high-quality visual assets and successfully deliver projects to tight deadlines.
- Degree-qualified (BA/MA) in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, with at least 12 years experience in a marketing or communications role preferred.
This is a fixed term role for a period of 15 months (to cover maternity leave) beginning in July 2026. The successful applicant will be based at home but will be required to attend our offices in Wadhurst, East Sussex, at least once a week.
