We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our small and growing marketing team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a passion for marketing, a curiosity about what makes it work, and an interest in ecommerce. The role spans three core areas (email, influencers, and social), giving you the opportunity to work and learn across some of the most important channels in a D2C business.
This is a role for someone who wants to be in the details and make things happen. You will be contributing directly to the business, making sure campaigns, offers, emails and content work to maximum effect. If you want to accelerate your marketing and ecommerce career in a fast-paced D2C environment, this is the role for you.
Nikura is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business founded in 2016. We manufacture and sell essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils and waterless diffusers from our facility in North London, shipping millions of bottles a year to retail customers across the UK. We operate with precision, pace and a problem-solving culture, and are entering the most ambitious phase of our growth to date.

- Help brief and manage our external content agency to produce email assets to a consistently high standard
- Build, upload and execute campaigns end-to-end in Klaviyo

- Influencer & Creator Management
- Identify, vet and onboard content creators and influencer partners aligned to the Nikura brand
- Manage ongoing influencer relationships including briefing, content coordination and approvals
- Use outreach and influencer management tools (including automation where relevant) to run an efficient and scalable programme
- Track and report on influencer performance across reach, engagement and commercial impact
- Stay close to emerging creators and platform trends to bring fresh partnership opportunities to the team
- Social Media
- Work with an agency to manage Nikura's organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Help brief and coordinate with our creative content agency to produce high-quality content
- Identify trends, seasonal moments and brand stories to keep our social presence relevant and engaging
- Monitor performance and engagement, using data to refine content strategy over time
This is a varied role with genuine scope for progression. Your time will be split across all three areas (starting with approximately 50% on email, 25% on influencers, and 25% on social), with the balance likely to evolve as you develop and the team grows.

- Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP
- Familiarity with content briefing and agency management
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling business
