We are opening a new location in Gyle Shopping Centre and we are looking for Baristas to join our team. We need people who can work well in a busy environment, take pride in what they do, and enjoy serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
What you will be doing:
- Making espresso drinks, hot drinks, and preparing food to a consistent standard
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional way
- Keeping the bar, prep areas, and front counter clean and organised
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Working with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods
- Helping with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to stay calm during busy periods
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow the way we do things
- A team player who can support colleagues when needed
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Hospitality or coffee experience is helpful but not essential — we provide full training
