We're opening a new location in Gyle Shopping Centre and we're looking for Baristas to join our team. We need people who can work well in a busy environment, take pride in what they do, and enjoy serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

What you'll be doing:

  • Making espresso drinks, hot drinks, and preparing food to a consistent standard
  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional way
  • Keeping the bar, prep areas, and front counter clean and organised
  • Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Working with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods
  • Helping with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Someone who is reliable, friendly, and able to stay calm during busy periods
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and follow the way we do things
  • A team player who can support colleagues when needed
  • Comfortable standing for long periods
  • Hospitality or coffee experience is helpful but not essential — we provide full training
