This Graduate Management Trainee
Programme will give you the opportunity to
- Work in real jobs in three of the following departments - Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Commercial Planning - during their first 2 years with the company.
- Have responsibility from the outset in operational roles where you will gain hands-on experience and a broad array of skills.
- Gain exposure to different people, functions and projects from the very start.
- Examples of potential assignments within this Graduate Management Trainee Programme:
- Sales Department
- Operational retail support, direct sales support, outbound calls, managing marketing investments, reporting.
- Customer Service Department
- Delivering excellent customer service through prompt, professional handling of calls and emails, supporting marketing and customer engagement at key events.
- Commercial Planning Department
- Business analytics, budget planning, market and business insight.
- Marketing Department
- Keeping updated with industry news, marketing updates, email communications, public relations, researching photographers and building relationships, supporting launch events.
- We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above.
- Have minimum 7 GCSEs (grade 7 or above, including Maths & English).
- 3 A Levels (grades B or above).
- Have demonstrable leadership experience - evidence of proactively initiating / leading a group activity.
- Be keen to work across different business functions.
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
