We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer based in the UK (Midlands).

What is your role?

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance, installation and repairs of all Nikon Microscopy and Vision systems at customer sites. On occasions, the Field Service Engineer will be expected to support customers/Resellers via email.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Responsible for meeting daily service requirements and driving customer satisfaction throughout the UK
  • Installations, calibrations, repairs and maintenance of equipment in the field and within the local office
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Provide training and technical support to customers both on site and remotely
  • Complete all required site documentation to ensure best practices in the field
  • Identify and promote the Nikon Metrology products
  • Occasional overseas travel
