Product Photography & Processing Assistant
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, creative Product Photography & Processing Assistant to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for capturing imagery that showcases our merchandise in its best light and ensuring all relevant information is inputted accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate a variety of luxury fashion products, ensuring quality and authenticity across all categories
- Coordinate product intake into our inventory system
- Create SKU codes and tag items with barcodes
- Input key information into our inventory management tool to produce listings
- Accurately record clothing measurements in our internal system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all product information is accurate and complete, addressing any discrepancies.
Photography
- Conduct studio photography for fashion apparel, jewellery, and accessories in various styles, including mannequin and flat/hanging setups
- Deliver high‑quality photos with excellent lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and exposure using Photoshop and Capture One
- Collaborate with team members to organise image folders post‑photography and assign SKUs
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, meeting deadlines with creativity
Support the broader needs of the team by taking on additional tasks as required.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion, Art, Photography, or related field
- Experience in e‑commerce or retail environment
- Photography experience: still life, mannequin & flat lay
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the team
- Familiarity with lighting techniques aligned with style guides
- Highly organised & detail‑oriented with a keen eye for fashion and styling
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms
- Proficiency with Photoshop & Capture One
