As a

Head Coach – Brand & Services you are

  • Lead and develop the in-house Retail Brand & Services team, setting the standard for consumer experience delivery within the London Global Flagship.
  • Drive the strategy, planning and execution of flagship consumer experiences across Running, Football, Fitness and Lifestyle.
  • Partner with Global, EMEA and Territory teams to establish the London Global Flagship as Nike’s destination for sport, community and innovation.
  • Own the end-to-end consumer journey, connecting product storytelling, services, digital experiences and community engagement.
  • Deliver impactful seasonal campaigns while building a year-round flagship experience that brings Nike’s Sporting Worlds to life.
  • Develop future-facing services, experiences and operating models that elevate consumer expectations and retail excellence.
  • Lead the execution roadmap for the 2026 London Global Flagship opening, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Nike’s premium brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to connect flagship experiences with key sporting, cultural and community moments across London.
  • Establish performance metrics and insights frameworks to measure consumer engagement, service adoption, commercial impact and team effectiveness.

What you bring

  • Proven leader with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams, driving accountability and operational excellence.
  • Strong retail marketing expertise across in-store experiences, consumer journeys and service-led environments; digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the sporting goods retail landscape and the evolving needs of London’s flagship consumer.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering experiences that drive engagement, brand affinity, conversion and business performance.
  • Experience creating marketing initiatives that increase traffic, participation and repeat consumer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z and young consumers, with insights into how sport, culture and community influence their relationship with Nike.
