NIKE Unite Teesside is looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant to provide world‑class service to the consumer.
What you bring:
- Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services within the store.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Continuously improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek deeper insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.

- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Availability:
- Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
- Must be available weekends.
- Available between 9 am - 9 pm.
