The team operates within the Firstline Talent Centre of Excellence, delivering regional high‑volume retail recruitment services. The role reports to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager UKI and actively manages relationships with store hiring teams and retail leadership, while collaborating closely with People Solutions teams to ensure consistent and effective hiring delivery.
Nike Retail Recruiters typically support 8–14 stores across one or more countries within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. They operate as trusted talent acquisition partners to store management teams and senior field leadership (including Senior Retail Managers and Retail Directors). They bring an action driven mindset, move with pace and purpose and influence retail leaders to build winning store teams.
- Proven experience in retail recruitment, operating as a store-facing business partner
- Developed retail business acumen with a good understanding of store roles, hiring trends, and recruitment challenges
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent using competency-based interviews and/or structured assessment centers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across teams
- Fluent in English language and hands on experience using MS Office applications
- Prior experience using Workday Recruiting is an advantage
You partner with store and retail leaders to identify, attract, and hire top retail talent. You elevate the end to end hiring experience, driving quality of hire and a standout candidate and hiring manager journey. You shape and support the development of our recruitment training portfolio, enabling consistent, high impact hiring across the retail business. You contribute to the rollout of recruitment programs, driving strong execution and store level adoption.
