Position

Nike Oxford Circus is hiring a Retail Assistant (referred to as an "Athlete") to deliver world‑class service to consumers.

This is a 40‑hour contract, flexible to work up to 7 full days per week, starting Monday 17th August.

Responsibilities

  • Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience.
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Support various store departments (e. g., operate the cash register, manage inventory, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
  • Leverage knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
  • Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge through tools and training courses to stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
