Retail Assistant – Part‑time (20 hours)

NIKE Unite Teesside is looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant to provide world‑class service to the consumer.

What you bring

• Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
• Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services within the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Continuously improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek deeper insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

• Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
• Must be available weekends.
• Available between 9 am – 9 pm.
