New Store Opening - Nike Oxford Circus is looking for the next Part-Time 20-hour Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to our customers:
As our Athlete, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on our consumers, service, stock, and delivery efficiency. You will process stock efficiently to ensure that the back of house environment reflects the energy, passion, and innovation our consumers experience on the shop floor.
What you bring:
- Expertise in exceptional customer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assistance to retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support in various store departments (e.g., operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending products to reach sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Ability to inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Willingness to improve your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on department and store needs.
- Availability: 4 fully flexible days or 3 fully flexible days plus 2 half days. Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
