Are you ready to help shape how Nike shows up across its key retail partners in the UK and Ireland and connect with the next generation of consumers? As an Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II, you'll support the execution of Nike's brand presence across a portfolio of key retail accounts throughout the UK & Ireland, with London at the centre of it all.
You'll help bring Nike's sport stories and seasonal marketing plans to life through strong collaboration with retail partners, championing creativity, innovation and meaningful consumer engagement. By supporting best-in-class brand representation across our wholesale partners, you'll play an important role in ensuring the Nike brand continues to inspire consumers and drive impact in one of the world's most influential markets.
Based in London, you'll be a key member of the UK & Ireland Integrated Retail Marketing team, where sport, culture and community meet, and report directly into the Integrated Retail Marketing Manager.
Your Mission
- Support the development and execution of UK & I retail partner marketing plans in alignment with Nike's seasonal priorities and key sports dimensions.
- Ensure Nike's Brand Standards are consistently represented across Nike Direct and partner retail environments through strong account support, collaboration and execution.
- Assist in seasonal planning whilst owning campaign activation and execution across key sporting moments, athlete stories and cultural opportunities, tailoring delivery to meet the needs of individual retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with account teams, sales partners, agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Support key retail partners in bringing Nike marketing plans to life with distinction, ensuring consumer experiences are elevated through a full marketing mix including Retail, Digital, Social, Media, IRL Activations, Athletes, Entertainment and Communities.
- Stay close to the consumer, partner landscape and retail environment, gathering insights and sharing observations that help inform future planning and account opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture by bringing energy, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Build a robust understanding of the sport landscape across entire marketplace season-on-season.
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with the Integrated Retail Marketing team, partnering with Sport Brand teams, Sales and key account stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful retail marketing plans. You'll also work cross-functionally with Comms, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing and Brand Creative teams to ensure consistent and elevated execution across partner accounts. You'll stay connected with the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and, at times, support work with Global partners to ensure alignment and consistency across strategic retail accounts.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in brand, retail or marketing roles, with an understanding of how to support cross-functional marketing execution.
- Experience working with UK & I retail partners, with an understanding of how to adapt and execute marketing campaigns to meet the unique needs of different environments.
- A strong understanding of wholesale or partner retail landscapes, and an appreciation for balancing Nike brand priorities with partner objectives.
- A strong interest in the UK & I consumer landscape and the ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external partners, building positive relationships that support successful outcomes.
- Comfort working with data, insights and cultural trends to inform marketing decisions.
