London isn’t just a market. It’s a global stage, a proving ground, and a disruptor for youth, sport, and culture that shapes the world. This role sits right at the centre of it. As an EKIN, you will become the face, voice, and heart of Nike. Your passion for sport will be your guide. You will serve the Nike Sport Marketplace by educating and energizing retail associates and sport communities through memorable experiences. You will leverage your expertise to serve athletes and help them solve their problems. You will be the eyes and ears of Nike, observing and listening to the voice of athletes and sharing those observations with Nike teammates. You will play a key role in bringing Nike’s Mission to life every day.

In this role, you will be field-based within the UK and Ireland marketplace. You will work fluidly across the full London UK & Ireland marketing team and with cross-functional marketing partners to bring Nike’s Football vision to life for our Football consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with the Nike stores and marketplace teams and brand marketing teams, at London UK&I and EMEA level, and you will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest strategies, product innovations, and help share best practices.

No two days will be the same. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and your approach and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking. You must be open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with to apply a strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a passion for Nike and Nike Football, somebody who lives and breathes it every day. A person who has a curiosity for our young UK consumer within the football community, and an unrelenting desire to build deeper relationships with them. You will need to bring strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain relationships organically, with both Football clubs and players. A talent passionate about our innovation, and keen to become the trusted voice to educate key football partners about our brand, our mission, and our football innovation to help realise Nike’s vision. You will be a talent willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a growth mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO NIKE?

  • A deep passion for our brand, our mission, and our innovation.
  • A genuine passion for Football – playing it, watching it, living it - and prior experience in working with kids, footballers, athletes, coaches, clubs, and teams.
  • Prior work experience in product training delivery, with a strong focus on innovation and the marketplace. Experience in footwear and apparel, retail, relationship management, sports, and/or customer service industry is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the UK Football Grassroots system and having experience of playing football within the UK football pyramid is a plus.
  • A strong communicator and ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience in project management, and digital content creation highly advantageous.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the London and wider UK consumer and Nike’s position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
  • A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships with members.
  • Open and flexible to work in multiple locations within the UK and Ireland marketplace outside of London including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, and Edinburgh to name a few.
  • Because we interact where Athletes live, work, and play, you must be available to work and travel across the UK based on the needs of the business (travel and work may fall over weekends and odd hours). This won’t be your everyday 9-5 role.
  • A full valid UK Driver’s License is required.
