As Senior Professional, Athlete Services & Experiences UK&I (Grade 35), this role leads the strategy and execution of athlete services across the UK & Ireland Sports Marketing portfolio. The role partners closely with Sports Marketing Representatives, EMEA Athlete Services teams, and key cross-functional stakeholders to create premium athlete experiences that strengthen relationships and help athletes perform at their highest potential. This position reports to the UK&I Sports Marketing Athlete Development & Services Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Athlete Services Strategy & Performance - Lead the UK&I Athlete Services strategy, aligning priorities with business and athlete needs. Drive athlete performance services through the London NSRL, ensuring a world-class service model. Gather and translate athlete insights into actions that elevate the athlete experience. Shape and deliver premium athlete experiences and visits at Nike UK Headquarters. Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the UK&I athlete tiering framework.
  • Athlete Product Experience - Lead seasonal athlete seeding plans and define servicing priorities across the athlete portfolio. Drive athlete styling and gifting strategies that reflect athlete insights and brand priorities. Deliver premium product experiences that strengthen athlete relationships and build brand affinity.
  • Athlete Engagement & Experiences - Build and execute plans that connect athletes to key sport, brand, and cultural moments. Partner with EMEA Athlete Services teams to deliver locally relevant and impactful experiences. Create meaningful engagements that deepen athletes’ connection to Nike and its purpose.
  • Leadership & Operations - Lead, coach, and inspire teammates within the Athlete Development & Services team. Build strong partnerships with Sports Marketing Representatives to deepen athlete understanding and identify opportunities. Manage athlete services budgets and make informed investment decisions that maximize impact. Drive operational excellence across athlete servicing processes, tools, and ways of working.
