We're seeking a candidate passionate about creative culture with a deep understanding of culture movers, agitators, and originators across fashion, streetwear, and sport to build a diverse and inclusive community in London and the UK that authentically represents the Jordan Brand.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will report to the London/UK+Ireland Marketing Director, Jordan Brand with a dotted line report to the Energy Marketing Director, EMEA Brand. This role requires consistent collaboration with diverse teams including Jordan/Nike Global and other Geography partner experts across digital marketing, influencer, wholesale, data science, paid media, creative, geo and city teams. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and buy-in with critical stakeholder groups to effectively lead the consumer offense across the geography.

You will represent the Jordan Brand by developing and deepening relationships with culture movers, agitators, and originators across London and the UK - serving as the critical voice of the community within the organization while supporting marketing strategies and ensuring disciplined execution of territory and regional priorities through focused teamwork and operational excellence.

We seek someone who understands our most discerning consumer and what influences them, knows how to unlock and execute partnerships within the world of culture, capable of creating innovative solutions and pushing the brand into new territories through disruptive marketing plans and cultural partnerships.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in relationship management, PR, retail, or digital roles within brand marketing, advertising, or production agencies (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated experience building brands and managing multiple projects across key consumer touchpoints including retail, digital marketing, and social media
  • Fluency in English required
  • Deep passion for fashion, streetwear, sport, art, music, and both subculture and pop culture
  • Good knowledge of Keynote and social media applications including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Proven track record of developing and executing breakthrough cultural marketing campaigns
  • Established network of relationships with influential cultural catalysts in London (music, fashion, art, design) and clear ability to translate these into mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Strategic expertise in creating and implementing energy marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-impact cultural partnerships
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of London's youth culture movements and their commercial application

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will represent the Jordan Brand by developing and deepening relationships with culture movers, agitators, and originators across London and the UK - serving as the critical voice of the community within the organization while supporting marketing strategies and ensuring disciplined execution of territory and regional priorities through focused teamwork and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Energize X-Sport opportunities as a Culture Mover; driving programming, community access, campaign protagonists, and amplification.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with culture movers, agitators, and originators across fashion, streetwear, and sport; keeping them close to Jordan Brand developments and partnership opportunities, with brand representation protocols upheld throughout.
  • Take a bottoms-up approach to identify the designers, artists, creative thinkers, and retailers shaping our consumer in real time.
  • Create moments, platforms, and spaces that bring Agitators and Culture Movers together; through the lens of White Spaces (Fashion, Streetwear, Design, Music, Art) or X-Sport narratives.
  • Drive an impactful seeding offense; servicing our Culture Mover network to build product desirability across Agitator, Originator, and Mainstream consumers on key Jordan footwear and apparel priorities.
  • Mine sub-cultural intelligence from Culture Mover and Agitator communities; surfacing trends before they hit traditional research, and feeding consumer muses, product design, retail experience, and marketing strategy.
  • Organize and manage assigned projects and events, serving as community liaison; connecting Jordan employees and partners with the insight and intelligence that bridges brand strategy and culture.
