WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Principal, Territory Business Integration is part of the EMEA Business Integration function and represents Business Integration on the Territory Leadership Team. This role partners closely with the Territory GM and cross functional Territory partners to deliver the Territory offense and drive marketplace execution excellence. The role also partners with the EHQ-based Code and Sport Business Integration teams to create alignment, clarity, and execution across EMEA.

The Principal, Territory Business Integration is a member of the EMEA Business Integration team, which leads one integrated offense that drives Nike's end-to-end seasonal Code process and executes the Sport Led and Territory operating cadence with clarity, speed, and confidence. This individual delivers a connected and effective Territory offense through strong Code orchestration, a disciplined Rhythm of the Game (RotG), and the translation of Global and Geo concept maps into locally relevant activation plans that create demand, cultural relevance, and marketplace impact. As the connector between Territory priorities, brand concepts, and marketplace opportunities, this individual enables authentic, consistent, and locally relevant execution while driving cross functional operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will enable the Territory team to move with confidence and speed while operationalizing the Territory offense across the following areas:

  • Code
    • Own Territory alignment to the end-to-end Code process, ensuring disciplined execution across key moments, gates, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Lead Territory seasonal Code forums, driving clear agendas, aligned decisions, and accountability for follow-through.
    • Partner with the EMEA Code team to strengthen process clarity, role accountability, and consistent Territory execution.
  • Rhythm of the Game (RotG)
    • Design and continuously evolve the Territory operating model, including governance, meeting cadence, and cross functional dependencies.
    • Lead Territory seasonal planning calendars, key meetings, and timelines to ensure alignment and readiness.
    • Establish and refine ways of working, decision-making principles, and accountability models with the Territory GM and leadership team.
  • Consumer Concept Map & Integrated Marketplace Activation
    • Translate Territory concept maps and seasonal priorities into locally relevant activation plans.
    • Adapt Global and Geo narratives to local consumer, cultural, and sport insights where appropriate.
    • Define success measures and performance indicators that optimize consumer engagement and marketplace impact.
    • Ensure activations connect product, sport, brand, and marketplace priorities.
    • Partner with the Territory GM, Marketing, Sales, and ND teams to activate concepts at the moments that matter most.
    • Align activation plans across Nike Direct, Digital, Retail, Wholesale Partners, and Key Cities.
  • Cross Functional & Community Leadership
    • Act as the integrator of the Territory offense, aligning priorities to enable faster and more effective decision-making.
    • Contribute to the EMEA Business Integration community through best-practice sharing, peer coaching, and capability building.
    • Enable effective communication between Territory and Sport leaders to support informed and timely decisions.
