As the Manager, Integrated Retail, you’ll shape and amplify Nike’s elevated presence throughout a diverse marketplace portfolio in the UK & Ireland, with London shining as the epicentre.

Based in London, you'll become an integral part of the UK & Ireland Integrated Retail Marketing team, where sport, culture and community converge, reporting directly to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director.
Your mission:
- Strategic thought partner, collaborating to shape the UK&I Integrated Marketplace marketing vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with Nike’s key sports.
- Drive distinction through partner positioning, ensuring Nike’s Brand Standards are consistently and powerfully represented at every marketplace touchpoint.
- Lead seasonal planning and execution with a focus on innovation, key sporting moments, athlete engagement, and cultural catalysts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Consumer and retail obsessed, gathering insights from the ground and sharing them with EMEA/Global teams to help refine Nike’s long‑term strategy.
- Team leadership, empowering and inspiring a passionate team to grow, collaborate, and deliver their best work.
Who’ll you work with:
You’ll be a core member of the Integrated retail marketing team partnering closely with the Sport brand teams and the cross-functional retail and sales teams, collaborating at times with communications, sports marketing, energy marketing and brand creative to deliver the most elevated plans. You’ll stay closely connected to the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and at times work with Global partners to ensure consistency and impact.
