The Lead Account Management Representative for U.K. Strategic Partners plays a key role in building and growing Converse’s presence across the London and U.K. marketplace. This role is designed for someone with proven account management experience, strong delivery of commercial fundamentals, and a passion for culture‑driven retail environments. The role focuses on developing trusted partnerships, leading account strategy, and unlocking growth opportunities while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
You will own the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of Office and Offspring retail partners across London and the U.K., strengthening relationships and growing the Converse business in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Set the Future: leverage the Western Europe Converse Corporate Strategy to build a long-term strategic plan.
- Accountable for all elements of account management including Futures and At Once sales, in line with budget and specific order capture deadlines.
- Provide account feedback to key stakeholders; consistently developing market knowledge on product trends, pricing and competition to maximize converse assortment and sales within the accounts.
- Be the thought leader: developer and execution of new concepts and ideas to generate revenue streams that are beneficial for the long term.
- Develop accurate and realistic Go-To-Market plans, seasonal assortments, forecast and scenarios plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business review with account. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
- Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate: across the Converse business with Customer Operations, Business planning, Go-to-Market, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to achieve your business goals.
- Solutions driven mindset: seek solutions by learning, collaborating and using the data and tools available to shape a successful way forward.
- Plan, Implement, Review & Optimize: Constantly learn to improve yourself and team-mates in the same area.
The role works closely with the European Inspire team, the Senior Manager responsible for Inspire partners, and key stakeholders across the Converse organization. The role also collaborates with Global stakeholders and engages with cross‑functional teams to support account execution and long‑term growth. The role is based in London, United Kingdom, with travel required to meet retail partners and attend sales meetings and events across the globe.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS- Strong account management experience ideally within the Fashion / Sports or Retail industry.
- Managing account relationships across buying and merch level.
- Proven sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong communication skills - cross functional.
- Process and operational capability.
- Strong Team dynamic, take the lead.
Role closes Wednesday June 3rd 2026 (End of Day) and is not available for relocation.
