Assistant Store Manager (Nights Operations AHC) – New Nike London Flagship

In Nike Retail, our Assistant Store Managers are called Assistant Head Coaches.

We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach Nights Operations to lead the overnight operation of the London Flagship Store, ensuring the store opens every day fully reset, replenished and ready to serve our athletes, consumers and communities.

Leading and inspiring a team of athletes through the night, this role brings the marketplace to life—executing effective delivery and replenishment processes with a deep understanding of stock movement and handling to keep efficiency and productivity consistently high.

Command of store layout, visual merchandizing standards and commercial priorities are the key success factors, keeping the flagship premium, consumer‑obsessed and fully trade‑ready the moment the doors open.

  • Set clear expectations and role‑model the standards every athlete should deliver, ensuring store standards are maintained consistently at the highest level.
  • Coach and manage performance against productivity, efficiency, and execution targets, holding athletes accountable to clear nightly goals.

  • Establish clear ways of working for efficient stock movement, accurate replenishment, and strong overnight execution.
  • Maintain stockroom standards, product bin compliance, and organized stock to support operational excellence.
  • Monitor stock accuracy and flow overnight, resolving blockers to protect availability and size integrity before opening.

  • Act as a strong connector across store teams aligning needs and ways of working to deliver the right store look and standards for consumers.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities across athletes and store coaches to support efficient overnight execution.
