We are seeking a confident, service-led Coach to help bring Nike’s Signature Services to life across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab within the new London Flagship. Reporting to the Assistant Head Coach of Signature Services, this role will drive day-to-day execution, coach Athletes, and deliver premium, personalised consumer experiences that connect sport, product and culture. The successful candidate will ensure Signature Services are consistently engaging, relevant and seamlessly integrated into the wider Flagship experience while strengthening connections with London’s communities.
As a Floor Manager (Coach)– Signature Services you are:
- Support the execution of the Signature Services strategy across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab, delivering premium and personalised consumer experiences.
- Coach and inspire Athletes to provide exceptional service, strong product storytelling and meaningful consumer engagement.
- Drive visibility, participation and service excellence through floor leadership and seamless integration with the wider store journey.
- Bring key sport, brand and cultural moments to life through relevant experiences that connect with London communities.
- Partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent execution, clear priorities and continuous improvement.
- Use consumer feedback, observations and performance insights to enhance service standards, engagement and overall impact.
