As a Coach You Are

  • Using your expertise in delivering exceptional consumer service to provide a premium brand experience to our consumers.
  • Leading, coaching and motivating the employees in your department to create an excellent work atmosphere.
  • Managing the daily business in your department to reach sales targets (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor).
  • Identifying and improving areas based on consumer feedback.
  • Being a brand ambassador for Nike’s initiatives and training your team.
  • Ensuring that the store complies with all Nike standards and guidelines.
  • Cooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ.

Commercial

  • Leading a team to deliver efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensuring the smooth process of all inventories so the sales floor is always full, presentable and brand-standard compliant.
  • Working with department leads overseeing product receiving and visual presentation while you oversee the overall product journey in store.
  • Being responsible for monthly initiative launches.

Athlete Experience

  • Ensuring the team delivers the highest quality athlete experience.

  • Working collaboratively with the store team to implement and maintain a positive Nike culture.

Consumer Experience

  • Leading by example to deliver sales floor service and bring the consumer journey to life.
  • Ensuring the team is equipped with brand knowledge for all aspects of consumer service, including digital service enablers.
  • Completing specific training and sharing completion with athlete services.
  • Using data and analytics to provide insights and partner with senior store leadership to achieve continuous improvement.
