In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Head Coach who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You’ll work in partnership with our Head Coach, to keep our store’s functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will:
- Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
- Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
- Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Your passion for the Nike brand
- Your experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching
- Your ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
- Your strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
- Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills
- Your computer proficiency
You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
