WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Works within the Go-to-Market (GTM) Account Engagement function and partners with Sales, Marketing, GPS (facilities), IT, Partner Representatives and Senior Administration. Reports to the Account Engagement Manager and collaborates with country teammates and the EMEA GTM & Showroom team to deliver consistent account and showroom experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate enables premium sell-in and partner engagement by delivering Sport-led, commercially minded experiences. They combine strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills with practical digital capability to ensure showroom and sell-in experiences are executed to brand standards.

  • Solid experience supporting go-to-market and showroom execution with a retail end-in-mind, or similar in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical digital fluency for integrated digital/physical experiences.
  • Project management capability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Visual merchandising sense to translate commercial stories into physical spaces.

Based in London and open to work in locations across the UK & Ireland.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support the delivery of consistent, premium go-to-market, partner engagement and showroom experiences in a top priority Key City (London), enabling sell-in and driving commercial growth by combining digital and physical storytelling.

  • Support execution of Account Experiences, Go-to-Market and CODE initiatives in London and across the territory; own select pieces of execution.
  • Implement concepts and frameworks in alignment with EMEA GTM & Showroom teams to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Activate Sport-led, brand-defining experiences with country teammates to support EMEA strategy and partner engagement.
  • Deliver showroom execution and manage the sample process end-to-end; ensure showroom hardware and software are reliable and show-ready.
  • Combine digital and physical elements to create fully integrated sell-in experiences; prepare digital content on time for sell-in.
  • Innovate in how the business sells in and train commercial teams and retail partners on digital tools and workflows.
  • Support and enable partner self-service where appropriate and collaborate with Partner Reps to align experiences with account needs.

This role is open for applications until 17th of December. Relocation is not offered for this position.
