NIKE Birmingham Rise is hiring a part‑time (8 hours per week) BOH Retail Assistant. Applicants with back‑of‑house experience in a retail environment are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in onboarding new employees.
  • Support store operations: operating cash register, managing inventory, restocking, building visual displays, and recommending products to meet sales targets.
  • Use digital devices to integrate online and offline sales or services.
  • Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
  • Continuously improve knowledge through training, staying current with sales trends, products, services, and company culture.
