Responsibilities include managing the daily activities within the operational and back of house areas of the store, including cash office, health and safety policies and procedures, shipping and receiving, stock flow, loss prevention and product management. Lead, coach, drive and inspire associates within designated areas to process stock efficiently in BOH and support FOH satellite stockrooms management. Identify issues and opportunities based on stock requirements and product availability. Ensure all processes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard for shrinkage results, overseeing effective operational and productivity. Identify issues and opportunities based on product selling from FOH team and consumer feedback. Provide training and education to further develop yourself and the team. Manage people and HR responsibilities. Assist the leadership team in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.

Qualifications include a passion for NIKE and/or love of sport, experience in retail and/or leadership positions, very good command of English language (written and spoken), experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service, ability to coach and develop a strong team, strong focus on communication, and flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
