Responsibilities
Coordinate, coach, and motivate employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere.
Support the management of daily business operations to achieve sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns.
Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and represent NIKE as a brand ambassador.
Ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
COMMERCIAL : Support a team that receives product efficiently, maintains inventory accuracy, meets visual presentation standards, and launches monthly initiatives on time.
ATHLETE EXPERIENCE : Equip the team to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
CONSUMER EXPERIENCE : Lead by example and deliver sales floor service that brings the consumer journey to life.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a small team of peers.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (40 hr FULL TIME), including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
- Relocation support not provided.
- Schedule
Full time, 40 hours per week. Schedules may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
