Nike Cheshire Oaks is looking for the next temporary Part‑Time Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer. 14hr and 20hr temporary contracts are available and the role is flexible to work overtime.
Responsibilities
- Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments, such as operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
- Recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
Qualifications
- Customer‑service or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
