Responsibilities
- Use your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to customers.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage inventory, refill product shelves, build visual displays) and recommend products to meet sales targets.
- Apply digital device knowledge to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Continuously improve your knowledge through available tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, products, services, and culture.
Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred and a passion for sport is essential.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
