Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day visual merchandising & styling inside the store.
- Collaborate closely with VMS Coaches & commercial teams to implement world-class visual merchandising & styling in line with brand expectations.
- Maintain the highest level of VMS excellence on a 365 base.
- Story-tell consumer mindsets through creative and seamless styling.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shop floor, build visual displays).
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store using digital device knowledge.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve product knowledge via tools and training courses.
Qualifications
- Education in retail, visual merchandising, and styling and/or a Bachelor in retail marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail with talent in visual merchandising & styling.
- Strong interest in fashion & styling through digital followership and media.
- Ability to create product executions based on innovation storytelling and key volume drivers.
- Ability to deliver & improvise strong floor zoning plans autonomously.
- Demonstrated creativity and agility in a fast-moving environment.
- Analytical capabilities of product sales.
