Responsibilities
- Provide world‑class customer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support various store departments (cash register operation, inventory management, product replenishment, visual displays).
- Recommend appropriate products to help reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to integrate online and offline sales.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge through tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, products, and culture.
