The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
In this role you will be field based within the UK and Ireland marketplace. You will work fluidly across the London UK & Ireland marketing team and with cross-functional marketing partners to bring Nike's Football vision to life for our Football consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with the Nike stores & marketplace teams and brand marketing teams, at London UK&I and EMEA level, and you will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest strategies, product innovations and help share best practices. You will report directly into the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN London UK & Ireland. No two days will be the same. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and your approach and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking. You must be open to the opinions and expertise of those you engage with to apply a strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be on the ground to prioritise the football consumer x fields of play with a 365 approach to building connection and community within the marketplace.
- Visit Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners and communities frequently, maintaining great relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver all seasonal and 365 education and engagement plans for Football (& Training).
- Deliver engaging training experiences to upskill and inspire retail employees across the marketplace including Nike Direct and wholesale partners on Nike's mission, brand and innovation.
- Deliver interactive experiences including store visits, product clinics, product trials and brand activations.
- Trial all types of Football boots and apparel with grassroots teams and communities.
- Work across Kids, Menβs and Womenβs Football.
- Partner with the London UK & Ireland marketing team to help deliver Nike's brand and business objectives.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for Football β playing it, watching it, living it β and prior experience in working with kids, footballers, athletes, coaches, clubs and teams.
- Prior work experience in product training delivery, with a strong focus on innovation and the marketplace.
- Experience in footwear and apparel, retail, relationship management, sports, and/or customer service is preferred.
- Good understanding of the UK Football Grassroots system; playing football within the UK pyramid is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
- Prior experience in project management and digital content creation is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of the London and wider UK consumer landscape and Nike's position within it, with a track record of making strategic marketing decisions in this environment.
- Desire and ability to adapt in an agile fashion to consumer and organizational needs to deepen relationships with members.
- Open and flexible to work in multiple locations within the UK and Ireland, including locations outside London (e.g., Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow, Edinburgh).
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required by the business (travel may fall on weekends or outside normal hours).
- A full valid UK Driver's License is required.
