We are looking for Senior Product Line Managers to join our Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs & Federations) team. In this role, you will partner with the broader apparel product creation organization and lead processes and strategy for top UK teams. The ideal candidate can build, maintain, and deepen relationships with clubs, leagues, and key partners while identifying consumer and competitive trends across global markets. You bring the ability to leverage athlete, consumer, and marketplace insights and translate these into impactful product narratives and locally resonant strategies. You will lead and collaborate with a specialized product team to deliver the most innovative and high‑performance apparel for athletes while partnering with local teams to create compelling retail assortments for consumers. Business analysis—including bookings, sell‑through by channel, geography, country, style, and color—will be expected.

What you will work on:

  • Creating and communicating a clear product vision for your categories, supported by strong storytelling and consumer‑right strategies.
  • Serving as the business lead and spokesperson in key product creation forums.
  • Driving alignment on product line plans, costing, and pricing needs across markets and channels.
  • Leading the execution of key initiatives and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Leading the product creation process through close collaboration with Product & Graphic Design, Materials, Technical Design, Merchandising, Development, and Operations.
  • Overseeing or developing presentations for product sell‑in.
  • Line planning and briefing at the appropriate style/SKU level to deliver productivity, margin, and revenue targets.
  • Building, maintaining, and fostering critical relationships with clubs, federations, and Nike Sports Marketing.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams throughout the entire product creation lifecycle. Collaboration across global and local stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product‑related roles.
  • Expert‑level Product Management and Merchandising skills with deep understanding of the product creation process.
  • Strong business orientation, analytical skills, and retail math proficiency.
  • Demonstrated business management experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate, and drive alignment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Global cultural awareness, including knowledge of current world events and appreciation for diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of athletes, marketplace dynamics, and consumer landscape.
  • Passion for or interest in Football.
  • Ability to gather and apply hyper‑local insights.
