This role will provide support to the European Senior Commercial Director and collaborate closely with their team.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, managing conflicts, and coordinating with teammates and leaders.
- Planning Meetings and Events: Catering, agenda planning, and working with external parties.
- Team & Culture Building: Fostering team connections through staff meetings, team-building activities, offsites, and workspace design.
- Expense Management: Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and managing itineraries and documentation.
- Document Preparation & Organization: Producing, editing, and formatting documents and email correspondence.
- Communications: Drafting, editing, and sending communications on the leader's behalf, under their direction.
