NIKE, Inc. is a growth company looking for a 20‑hour Retail Assistant for a 3‑month fixed‑term contract at Nike Wembley. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver world‑class service to customers while gaining experience on the front line of an innovative athletic brand.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium brand experience to consumers using exceptional customer service skills and deep product knowledge.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support store departments by operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending items to achieve sales targets.
- Leverage digital device expertise to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge through tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
