Nike Bicester is seeking a Retail Lead to guide a small team and deliver world-class service on a 40-hour full-time basis. You will drive the consumer journey on the sales floor, coordinate, coach and motivate teammates, and ensure a premium Nike brand experience across digital services, visuals and promotions.
You will partner with store leadership to hit sales targets, maintain NIKE standards, and act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives while supporting cross-functional teams as needed.
