We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling responsible for driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within the London Flagship. This role collaborates with the Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling and Retail Operations specialist (product marketing) to adopt and apply Geo Visual Merchandising and styling direction, delivering the Nike brand offense in London.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the London Flagship VMS team with a clear vision of success and enable the team to deliver the highest visual standards in the industry.
- Collaborate with the HC VMS & Retail operations specialist to plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, key product stories and Product marketing elements.
- Manage, track, and assess resources with accountability for inventory, maintenance of fixtures, fittings, mannequins, and VMS materials, and allocation of human resources to ensure a world-class consumer experience on a 365 basis.
- Analyze business results and balance commercial performance with brand experience.
- Partner with VMS coaches to drive business KPIs and ensure regular photo capture of product executions.
- Ensure executions align with Global/Geo brand strategies, applying best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve the consumer experience.
- Execute training strategies to ensure the team has adequate knowledge of visual standards, techniques, seasonal trends and develop strong presentation and training skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Experience and competency in providing exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team and a strong focus on communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
