Responsibilities include cooperating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers. You will coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team, ensuring an excellent work atmosphere (e.g. recruitment, development, performance management, staffing). Implement operational excellence processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimise services and improve consumer satisfaction, as well as increase efficiency and productivity. Oversee various departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer Experience. Support the Head Coach in implementing NIKE's strategy in your store (e.g. sustainability, membership, digital services). Provide reports about store activities, local marketplace and consumer insights. Ensure that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines. Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.
Qualifications include a passion for NIKE and/or love of sport, some experience in retail and/or leadership positions, and a very good command of the English language (written and spoken). You should have experience and competency in providing exceptional consumer service, the ability to coach and develop a strong team, and a strong focus on communication. Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends is required, along with extensive retail experience including management. Enthusiasm and passion for sports and/or sports fashion is essential, as is availability to work evenings and weekends.
