Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers.
- Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent work atmosphere (e.g., recruitment, development, performance management, staffing).
- Implement operational excellence processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction as well as increase efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee various departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer Experience.
- Support the Head Coach in implementing NIKE's strategy in your store (e.g., sustainability, membership, digital services).
- Provide reports on store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights.
- Ensure that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ.
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong focus on communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
