You will be the face of our company for our tenants, responsible for keeping our residential portfolios in Coventry, Nottingham, and Doncaster in top-tier condition. From fixing a leaky tap to freshening up a room with a new coat of paint, your work ensures our properties remain safe, functional, and high-quality.
Key Responsibilities- General Repairs: Handling day-to-day maintenance including basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets), carpentry (door hanging, locks, furniture assembly), and minor electrical tasks (bulb changes, faceplates).
- Painting & Decorating: Refreshing properties between tenancies and performing patch repairs.
- Property Inspections: Identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs.
