Job Description
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the sales process, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and driving the success of sales initiatives. You will act as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to manage initiatives, create compelling content, and foster cross-functional relationships will be critical to achieving business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Set and adapt strategic sales goals aligned with company objectives, tracking performance and responding to market or business shifts.
- Design, manage, and optimise sales territories, ensuring alignment with market potential and supporting territory transitions through structured processes.
- Streamline sales processes and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage data and insights to prioritise high-value opportunities, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable sales initiatives.
- Develop sales enablement materials and messaging, ensuring consistent communication, effective pitching, and market trend awareness across customer-facing teams.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience: Degree with 2+ years experience, or 5+ years in a Revenue Enablement role.
- Strong communicator: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organised: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
- Analytical expertise: Proficient in data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and using Salesforce CRM.
- Technical competence: Strong working knowledge of MS Office and relevant digital tools.
