The Commercial Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decisions across the sales organisation. The role is responsible for leading analytics initiatives, providing actionable insights, developing performance dashboards, and supporting strategic sales planning and optimizing sales and service performance and commercial outcomes.
Partnering with Sales and Service leaders and their teams, the Commercial Enablement Analyst will understand and interrogate the Sales and Service operating models and goals to identify, recommend and develop areas for improvement, be that from a sales training and development perspective or enhancing current CRM process to help deliver continued growth of the Stepstone Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance to align on strategic priorities, territory management and capacity planning.
- Utilising data and business acumen to steer recommendations for the Leadership team, Sales and Service Leaders.
- Understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication, including the delivery of executive-level presentations and data stories that translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards for the Mid Market organisation.
- Translate Mid Market business requirements for technical teams to ensure deliverables are fit for market / business / purpose.
Qualifications
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- 3+ years in commercial analytics, revenue operations, or sales strategy, preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (particularly Salesforce), data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and analytics software (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task.
