The Manager is responsible for ensuring that Harrods’ standards of quality and customer service are met at all times. This includes delivering an excellent in-store experience, maintaining the highest level of presentation, and ensuring compliance with Harrods’ procedures and values. The role involves leading and motivating the team, managing day-to-day store operations, and ensuring staff are aligned with performance and service expectations. The Manager is also responsible for reporting to senior management, providing updates on performance, operations, and any relevant issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in retail is required, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
