Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelancer Training Coordinator to support the successful execution of training programs and learning events in Portsmouth, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing participant communication, supporting trainers during sessions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day training operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end training operations and onsite logistics
- Manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, and communication
- Support trainers and facilitators during classroom or workshop sessions
- Prepare training materials, meeting rooms, and session schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Handle training calendars, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure smooth execution of virtual, hybrid, and onsite training programs
- Troubleshoot operational issues during sessions and provide immediate support

Required Qualifications
