Job Overview:
We are hiring a Technical Bootcamp Facilitator to deliver a 5-day virtual program on Application Modernization for engineers and architects. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong training and facilitation skills. Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM, RAG, DAG, ReAct loop, LangChain, Langgraph, OPA, Rego, MCP server and client etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led sessions on modernization, cloud, and application refactoring
- Conduct live demos and guide participants through hands-on labs
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during sessions
- Manage cohorts and drive engagement across virtual training
- Support capstone projects and evaluate outcomes
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Application Modernization & Mainframe (IBM Z)
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD
- Good understanding of 6R/7R frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Linux, Git, scripting (Python/Bash)
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years in software engineering / cloud / modernization
- Prior experience in technical training or workshops
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
Good to Have:
- AWS/GCP exposure, AI/LLM basics
- Relevant certifications (Azure/Kubernetes/Mainframe)
- IBM certifications in z/OS, COBOL, or zCloud-related disciplines
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or AZ-204)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Application Developer (CKAD)
- Hands-on experience with mainframe modernization tooling such as IBM Watsonx Code Assistant for Z, IBM Application Discovery and Delivery Intelligence (ADDI), Micro Focus Enterprise, or comparable
- Familiarity with hyperscaler mainframe-modernization offerings (e.g., AWS Mainframe Modernization, Google Dual Run)
- Experience with hand-over models such as ADEC / AppCOE / AMS or equivalent application managed-services constructs
- Regulated-industry context: financial services, insurance, healthcare, or public sector modernization engagements
