Key Responsibilities:
- Management Development and Leadership Development Experience
- Training Delivery in the areas of Leadership/Behavioral Skills
- Coaching/facilitating with First level managers
- Facilitation within the region – cultural sensitivity and leveraging participants' diversity
- Expertise in facilitating virtual sessions with a large number of participants and one-to-one sessions
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Proficient in the knowledge of Coaching, Delivery of Management development programs, and Leadership programs
Requirements:
- High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email, and normal web functionality
- Uses facilitation style as compared to training/teaching style
